Digital Media Planner
Overview
- Oversee media strategy, deciding and buying media from all Turkish and In’t publishers for assigned categories/campaigns while maintaining performance KPIs
- Participate in ALL strategy discussions and contribute ideas for testing, customer experience, and data analysis
- Perform competitive analysis and develop a comprehensive industry understanding
- Organize ALL campaign media plans while assisting with campaign deliverables – creative, tracking, testing plans
- Manage a team off assistant media buyers and operations dept.
- Use Google Analytics to assess trends and activity
- Summarize campaign performance and recap channel initiatives
- Communicate ALL marketing results internally and externally, using data to tell a story
- Directly manage internal team and platform partners, providing feedback and fostering growth to aid success of department
Responsibilities:
- Lead day to day management of clients from media planning to execution,
- Knowledge of digital channels and the role that they play within the wider media mix,
- Deliver excellent media product and thinking,
- Sets high standards for media planning,
- Take responsibility for coordinating of operation teams,
- Establishing and maintaining effective and productive client relationships,
- Ensure best practice in client handling, media owner, inter-agency and internal relationships with other departments,
- Ability to build strong internal relationships across the agency and with the clients,
- Highly proactive and a generator of ideas,
- Solution-orientated,
- An effective presenter.
